I had a great experience at the hotel overall. The views were stunning, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Santos and Mr. Mukesh, who both went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. However, the room allocation process was quite frustrating, as some rooms were not up to what we had requested, especially for our older family members. Nonetheless, I found it to be a good value for money, and I would definitely return.

My stay at Sterling Mussoorie was delightful, marked by breathtaking views and excellent hospitality. However, the narrow approach road and some accessibility issues could be concerns for certain travelers.
